Applicability of Terms

These terms apply when you purchase or have purchased something on the website getpurposeclothing.com and to any offer related to it. These terms outline what we can do for you and what we expect from you.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Returns must include the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom items, are non-returnable.

What We Expect During the Cooling-off Period

During the 14-day withdrawal period, we expect you to handle the product carefully. Do not use it in ways others would not appreciate, as this may reduce the amount you are refunded.

This right of withdrawal is intended for inspection, as you would do in a physical store. For instance, you can try on a piece of clothing but not wear it for extended periods.

If you go beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, you are responsible for any depreciation. We are entitled to deduct this from the refund.

What You Can Expect After Returning the Product

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will confirm this to you. If the product is in good condition, you will receive a refund or, if you prefer, a replacement product.

If the product does not meet the agreement, it can also be returned for replacement or repair after consultation with us.

Return Shipping Costs

The costs for returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal are your responsibility. Shipping costs for PostNL packages can be found at: PostNL Rates

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected (e.g., due to wear or damage), we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or defective items. To request an exchange, email us at sales@getpurpose.nl with your order number and the desired item. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
